1. Tiansheng has 11 fully automatic balers and 5 foaming machines. The annual production capacity is 2.1 million pieces, and the remaining capacity is 800,000 pieces.
2. Tiansheng can design packaging solutions according to customer requirements. After the customer's approval, Tiansheng will carry out road tests and other related tests according to the customer's requirements. After the test is passed, the formal packaging operation will be carried out. The following is an example of the carton packaging solution (operation part) designed by Tiansheng.
3. Packaging process file management
Tiansheng classifies the packaging process files of each customer into volumes, and establishes a directory and page number for each volume. The process files are placed in the process cabinet on site in the packaging workshop.
