Phosphate electrophoresis line, built in 2008. The electrophoresis process has obtained a national invention patent (patent number: ZL201310004879.2, patent name: A method for surface treatment of automotive cover parts). The product quality is highly reliable, and the chemical supplier is BASF. The designed production capacity is 1.8 million pieces/year, and the current remaining capacity is 1 million pieces. 1. Equipment status inspection before the start of the shift.
2. Confirmation of the status of the electrophoresis hanger before the start of the shift.
3. Monitoring of electrophoresis pretreatment process parameters.
4. Monitoring of electrophoresis process parameters.
5. Furnace temperature curve (once a month).
6. 100% full inspection of electrophoresis parts hanging down (visual, hand touch)
7. Paint film measurement.
8. Physical and chemical analysis experiments (grid test, corrosion resistance test, etc.).
Note: Physical and chemical analysis experiments are carried out according to customer requirements.
